Symptom: On the website, when selecting video for playback, the video fails to start and the message "A problem occured. Please try again later." is pressented instead.
Details: We are aware of the issue. PS4 and Smart TVs were supported on Swearnet.com up until around Dec 20, 2020. A recent change at out video hosting vendor has caused this message to be displayed.
Resolution: We are currently working on solution, but can offer no immediate solution.
