The wheel endlessly spins when I tap Restore Purchases

Two possible reasons:

1. You're using  an older version of the app. Please check and update: 

Google Play Store (Android)

Apple App Store (iOS)


2. You may not have fully signed out before trying to Restore Purchases. Please try the following:

  1. Tap the Settings icon in the lower right corner of the app.
  2. Near the bottom of the Settings screen, tap on the red Sign out text, located immediately above Terms and Conditions.
  3. Tap the Settings icon, then tap the Purchase button and then tap the Restore Purchases button.
  4. Early versions of the app may take you to the Digital Store screen where another Restore Purchases button is displayed. Tap that second Restore Purchases button as well.
  5. On Apple, you should see a "Purchases Restored" message. On Android, a similar message will be shown.
