Credit and Debit Card Cancellations

If you have automatic payments configured and would like to cancel these recurring payments:

1. Sign into your Swearnet.com account at www.swearnet.com

2. Click PROFILE in the upper left hand corner. You'll be taken to the Order History page.

3. In the Automatic Payments section, click the text Cancel automatic payments on Credit Card and proceed to the next step. If the text Cancel Automatic payments on PayPal appears, then click the text and follow directions on PayPal Cancellations

4. The site will ask you to confirm cancelation of automatic payments. Answer Yes

5. Processing should take no more than a few seconds. You should see a message in the upper right hand corner confirming the cancellation, and the Automatic Payment section should now read "No automatic payments"

If you have forgotten or have difficulty signing into your account, or if any of the steps above do not function as described, please open a support ticket with us and we will investigate further.

    I want my money back..... I paid for 1 year for 19.99. It came out of my account. Cant access my "account" that it never made me create..... I got email about payment. Never account info or confirmation. Everything tells me to log in but nothing work..... I just want my money back

    can't stream a single fkin episode without it crashing in 4 seconds. the tpb jail episodes won't load at all. what a joke i know the boys are fked but WHAT IN THE FUCK!!! I PAID 20 DOLLARS FOR THE YEAR I WANT MY GOD DAMN MONEY BACK!!!

    Same as everyone else paid the money and no usable account what the fuck wife got me this for my birthday and got fucked over either want my account fixex or want my fuckin money back was just able to sign in after fuckin with it for the last 4 hrs now saying im not a member when u definitely took my money

    I paid for 1 year subscription watched the Christmas special logged on to watch the new episode of jail and can’t watch it. it tells me I have to purchase it again then I purchased the 1 month charged me for the year and the month when I selected the one month what’s going on I can’t get into my profile I can’t look at my purchase history or anything it keeps crashing!!!!!

    Just checked mike smiths (bubbles) Instagram page they are all aware of the issue and the tech support knows as well it’s a server overload and he ensured know one will be out their money go check

    Same I paid for a subscription a couple days ago was working this morning and now when I went to go watch jail it said I had to subscribe but it still said I already subscribed hopefully it gets fixed or they give me my money back they also took my money twice in a row today in about 5 minutes

    This is fuked! Paid for my sub and can't access anything at all. Seems to be a recurring issue for everyone. You boys have Jacob, Cory and Trevor running the site or some shit? Come on boys, this isn't rocket appliances!!
